LOCAL CONCEPTS services are provided by Debra Wroe. Debra has been in the building industry since January 1997. Due to her long term involvement in the industry, she has had the opportunity to work on a large scope of projects including small unit refits, house renovations, new homes to 12 storey multi-residential and also commercial projects of varying size.  
Over the years, Debra has had the fortune to work with very talented colleagues and high profile developers. The architectural practices Debra has worked for has provided skills and knowledge you would not obtain in most workplaces.
With the extensive experience and proven track record, Debra has developed skills that incorporate design, development, presentation, construction documentation, specification and co-ordination skills of the highest level.
